running 140hp and pulling a 15.8 second 1/4 mile stock standard, this car has a lot of potential.

i bought my gti in june 2000 from my mate darren, he has since bought a gti-r.. lucky bastard.
im happy with my car, im currently in the process of building a cold air box for it, and perhaps running a pipe through for forced air.
i love driving to work on cold mornings.. ooh yeah :))

a few of my friends have gti's too, nick is running his with the sr18de stock motor, dan has swapped his for a sr20det 2.0ltr turbo (gti-r) engine running at 16 pound boost, nice for a front wheel drive. paul (flatmate) has a gti-r (4wd) and a few people i know have X1R's (1.6ltr models).
